Data Analyst - Uruguay

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our company.

What you will be doing

Reporting and Dashboards

• Create and maintain executive reports and interactive dashboards using BI tools
• Develop reconciliation reports and key business metrics
• Generate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics

Data Analysis

• Collect, organize, and analyze medium to large datasets
• Identify trends and patterns to guide strategic decisions
• Interpret results and present actionable insights to business teams
• Collaborate with different departments to understand data requirements

Data Management

• Perform basic to intermediate ETL processes for data preparation
• Maintain data quality and integrity
• Integrate data from multiple sources and systems
• Document processes and data limitations

Automation

• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports
• Implement improvements in data extraction and analysis processes
• Support optimization of existing workflows

Requirements:

• Intermediate/Advanced SQL
• Proven experience with dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or reporting

Nice to have

• Python or R for advanced analysis
• Previous experience in fintech, banking, or financial services
• Basic knowledge of ETL processes
• Familiarity with AWS or cloud platforms
