WSI Internal Job Title : QE - Sr. QA Engineer

Business Unit : WSI Corporate Technology, Pune 

Work LocaEon : India, Pune 

Responsibiliees

• ▪ Ensuring the overall quality of the deliverables and test sign-off will be the key responsibility
• ▪ Responsible for Testing the releases in Prod as part of business team 
• ▪ Responsible for website testing and sign off. 
• ▪ Provide leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance 
• ▪ Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis, and 
• identifying areas of improvement. Implement steps required to improve the processes
• ▪ Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance. 

Desirable Competencies

• ▪ Must have 7-9 years of experience. 
• ▪ Experience in Front end QA on ecommerce website. 
• ▪ Well-versed with Agile methodology 
• ▪ Good understanding of the Quality Assurance Process 
• ▪ Should have Thorough knowledge of the E-commerce domain 
• ▪ Should have hands-on experience in preparing test scenarios, test cases. 
• ▪ Able to highlight the shortfalls in the current process and be able to suggest positive 
• improvements 
• ▪ Excellent in written and verbal communication. 
• ▪ Should have business knowledge in the domains, you have worked in. 
• ▪ Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in specific technical fields like computer science, math, 
• statistics preferred; or equivalent practical experience
