HM Team Description:
The Identity Platform Runtime Team is part of the Microsoft Entra organization (formerly called Azure Active Directory), which provides the VM and Container based runtimes for large scale Identity Services. Team working on designing and developing next generation for container-based platform that set high bar for security, reliability and efficiency

Responsibilities
Our team is focusing on enhancing our Identity runtime platform in dimensions such developer experience, security reliability and efficiency for large-scale services. We are looking for experienced software engineers that can help us with the challenging task of delivering new capabilities and enhance existing ones in this highly complex area. Responsibilities include: • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, get their input, and help design solutions that meet their needs. • Design and Implement processes and tools to operate with large fleet of Kubernetes cluster around the world. • Maintain the live site services, check system health, find areas of improvement, develop new or better live site tools. • Assist with planning the work, dependencies, and execution reporting. • Collaborate with peers, program managers and stake holders towards delivering solutions that meet our business objectives.
Qualifications
At least 10 years’ relevant experience in program management, and at least 4 years as a people manager.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
