We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to provide technical advice/ guidance to the Method Study and QCO teams in order to develop the most effective sewing methods whilst, ensuring quality requirements are met thereby, facilitating the production process

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend Style briefing with relevant parties and discuss/ identify feasibility of doing this style, construction changes, measurement tolerance and issues related to the development of samples.
Analyze pre-production samples for new styles, identify possible production/ technical issues that could be encountered and propose preventive measures to make necessary adjustments for the bulk production process.
Measure and compare the sample against the pattern whilst preparing the report and forwarding the same to relevant personnel for perusal.
Ensure the required output is achieved within the stipulated time frame as per the accepted standards, especially without any technical issues whilst discussing with the relevant people concerned to ensure maximum production output.
Ensure durability of heat sealing and bonding processes by sending the relevant garments for wash tests from all pilot color ways in a timely manner, get suitable conditions for heat sealing and bonding from PDC whilst, informing them if any changes need to be made to the given conditions in order to ensure durability.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Degree/ Diploma in Textiles or related field from a recognized Institute/ Technical college
2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
Good Analytical skills
Good IT literacy
