Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, a related function, or an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA, or an advanced degree.
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Knowledge of accounting, core finance processes and standard finance systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Ability to communicate insights to a wide range of stakeholders including technical management teams.
  • Excellent problem-framing, problem-structuring, and project management skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop the location strategy taking into consideration cost as well as understanding organizational shape from a role and level perspective, and how the team expects to evolve going forward.
  • Partner to understand AI opportunities to automate workflows and the impact on resources.
  • Identify and define key operational metrics to measure the performance of the business and the implications from a finance perspective.
  • Collaborate with finance partners to understand workflow priorities and the impact to business growth, brand, or legal/regulatory risk.
