As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. The team operates as the central supply planning function for the entire logistics network to ensure the right supply of critical resources (e.g., warehouse space, labor, and transportation capacity) is available across the globe. The team anticipates future needs, identifies constraints, and mitigates risks before they impact operations while working cross-functionally to develop the innovative strategies that enable the network to scale for new challenges. In this role, you will focus on the challenge of strategically planning the warehouse network and space to stay ahead of demand. You will develop the blueprint on how to scale warehousing capabilities for the next decade, ensuring that infrastructure can be deployed anywhere in the world with speed, efficiency, and precision.
