Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Compensation and Performance Analysis
  • Business Process Impact Assessment
  • Understand and forecast the impact that changes in account assignments have on overall business processes.
  • Evaluate how account assignments interface with various systems and tools.
  • Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain and deliver standard and ad-hoc reports to sales and segment organizations.
  • Reconcile data across multiple sources, identify data irregularities, and implement corrections to ensure accurate variable compensation processing.
  • Play a key role in the monthly compilation and processing of sales reports, compensation calculators, and payout statements.
  • Deliver and monitor new hire reports to ensure timely distribution of compensation documents.
  • Highlight sales representative performance to plan through stacked rankings, outlier identification, and recognition of exceptions within the compensation plan design.
  • Coach sales managers and representatives on compensation plan mechanics, ensuring a thorough understanding of payout structures and opportunities to optimize plan performance.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales performance tools, and other data management systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, SQL, VBA, Open AI is preferred.
  • Ability to understand and translate system outputs into business logic that supports sales processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coaching and training of sales teams.
  • Proven ability to create clear, actionable reports for stakeholders at all levels, from sales managers to senior leadership.
  • Highly organized, with a thorough attention to detail in managing account assignments and data processes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and maintain compliance with established processes.

Experience And Education

  • Educational Background

  • Professional Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales operations, or related analytical roles is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in roles involving strategic planning, data analysis, and process optimization will be valued.
