What You’Ll Do

• Answer with Energy – Be the friendly, reliable voice that makes customers feel heard and cared for.

Time Off & Holidays

Paid Time Off (Pto):

                 o Accrual begins on your first day.

O Accrual Schedule:

•                           0–2 years: 1 hour per 40 hours worked
•                           3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked
•                           10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked
• Paid Holidays: Hourly employees receive six paid holidays per year.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
• Familiarity with Service Price Guides and estimating repair costs
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
