PS Manufacturing - Junior Manager

Process Engineer is a critical role to lead efforts that build, maintain and improve process capability for a designated process by working with Operation, Technical Support, Site MPD and QA etc. A Process Engineer shall be qualified on Core Role/Skill Block and become a technical expert. Process engineers are expected to spend 80% of time on the floor to lead those efforts to maintain best-in-class process capability and eliminate process losses.

• Maintain high standards for business success.
• Lead to build the process capability & control plan by working with Site MPD, QA and Technical Support resources.
• Lead to identify, prioritize and eliminate process losses in designated process/technology area.
• Lead Change Management & Validation processes.
• Provide feedback to Site / Corporate Engineering and R&D and lead process optimization benchmarking & reapplication in the designated process.
• Develop people to build their mastery in line with business needs and accelerates the pace at which an organization deliver results. Increase capability to handle change & complexity.
• Bachelor’s or above
• Mechanical/Mechanical design manufacturing and Automation/Applied Chemistry/ chemical engineering are preferred
