Administrative Assistant II (holding the functional title of Assistant Director) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 533145 (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)     Applicants should possess a good University degree with at least 6 years’ full-time work experience, preferably in student admissions.  They should also have a solid command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), sound interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking, innovative and effective organization skills in initiating and executing plans to deliver expected quality outputs under tight deadlines; and be strong team builders and outcomes-driven leaders.
