 Governance, Risk and Compliance Officer 

 About the Role

As a GRC Officer, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our governance, risk management and compliance framework. You will ensure our operations meet international standards such as ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO31000, ISO45001, ISO22301, along with meeting client and regulatory obligations. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify risks, drive improvements, and support external audit and vendor management activities.

  About the Role
As a GRC Officer, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our governance, risk management and compliance framework. You will ensure our operations meet international standards such as ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO31000, ISO45001, ISO22301, along with meeting client and regulatory obligations. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify risks, drive improvements, and support external audit and vendor management activities.   Key responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the GRC framework across the Group.
• Help achieve audit readiness and zero areas of concern during client and certification audits.
• Identify and escalate governance or risk concerns to the Group Manager – GRC.
• Participate in compliance audits, vendor management, and issue tracking.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors for external audits and governance activities.
• Assist with audit schedules, risk registers, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality output in all assigned tasks.
• Proactively contribute to continual improvement and innovation within the business.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders in line with company values.
• Participate in GRC team meetings and support key reporting activities.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Strong understanding of ISO standards and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with service level agreements and legislative requirements.
• Knowledge of workplace policies and risk management practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to present data clearly.
• A collaborative and proactive approach to work.
