Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and lead efforts in automating processes using AI and enhancing our Gen AI chatbot. This role combines expertise in IT infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and automation to drive innovation and efficiency across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions for IT infrastructure processes
• Enhance and optimize our existing Gen AI chatbot for improved performance and functionality
• Develop and maintain machine learning models to support automation initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions
• Ensure the security and compliance of AI systems and automated processes
• Conduct regular performance assessments and optimize AI models and automation workflows
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in AI, machine learning, and automation

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization technologies
• Understanding of IT security principles and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with large language models and generative AI
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
