Summary:
Anaconda is seeking a talented Channel Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing company. You will drive our Americas channel strategy and accelerate revenue growth through our partner ecosystem. This role will be responsible for managing and expanding our partner program, which includes Distributor Partners and Value Added Resellers across North and South America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling channel programs in the enterprise software, AI/ML, or data science space.This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
What You'Ll Do:
- Develop and execute the comprehensive Americas channel strategy aligned with Anaconda's AI Platform go-to-market objectives
- Drive channel revenue targets and achieve ambitious growth goals through strategic partner relationships
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align channel initiatives with overall business strategy
- Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify new channel opportunities
- Manage and grow relationships with Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Distributors, Direct Market Resellers (DMRs), and others
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new strategic partners across the Americas region
- Develop partner business plans, joint go-to-market strategies, and mutual success metrics
- Conduct regular business reviews and ensure partner performance against targets
- Own channel revenue targets for the Americas, contributing significantly to Anaconda's $150M+ ARR growth
- Develop pricing strategies, deal structures, and incentive programs to maximize partner performance
- Collaborate with direct sales teams to identify and execute co-selling opportunities
- Drive partner-sourced deals through the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Enhance and optimize our existing three-tier partner program (Distributor, Approved, Premier)
- Design and implement partner enablement programs through Anaconda Learning platform
- Create sales training materials, marketing assets, and technical resources for partners
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and partner scorecards
- Partner with Marketing to develop joint demand generation campaigns and co-marketing initiatives
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure partner requirements are incorporated into roadmap planning
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless partner-led implementations
- Support Legal and Finance teams in contract negotiations and partner agreements
What You Need:
- 7+ years of channel sales leadership experience in enterprise software, preferably in AI/ML, data science, or developer tools
- Proven track record of building and scaling channel programs that drive significant revenue growth
- Experience managing complex partner ecosystems including distributors, resellers, and system integrators
- Demonstrated success in the Americas market with understanding of regional nuances

The US base salary range for this role is $124,000-$175,000+ bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
