About The Role

The VP of Product will be execution-focused, driving the delivery and scaling of select AI infrastructure and platform products. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this role ensures that product strategy is successfully translated into action, with products delivered on time, at scale, and with measurable impact. This is an operator’s role: ensuring that Futuri’s AI backbone and select product lines are reliable, performant, and continually evolving to support customers and the broader product suite.

What You'Ll Do

Execution & Delivery

• Translate CPO-driven product strategy into execution plans, roadmaps, and milestones for assigned product areas.
• Drive the delivery of AI infrastructure and data platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.
• Oversee backlog management, sprint planning, QA, and release readiness.
• Monitor product health and usage metrics; resolve blockers to keep launches and iterations on track.

Operational Excellence

• Standardize product delivery processes across AI infrastructure initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and DevOps to ensure delivery velocity and platform resilience.
• Implement observability, uptime, and performance tracking for AI services.
• Establish frameworks for continuous improvement and technical debt reduction.

Customer & Market Alignment

• Ensure customer feedback is rapidly incorporated into product improvements.
• Collaborate with support and client success teams to improve adoption, reduce issues, and scale usage.
• Work with GTM teams to ensure launch readiness and successful adoption campaigns.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead product managers responsible for AI infrastructure and select products.
• Build strong executional alignment with engineering, operations, and design.
• Drive a culture of accountability, delivery excellence, and iterative improvement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management with direct experience in AI infrastructure, SaaS platforms, or enterprise-scale data systems.
• Proven ability to scale AI-driven products or platforms from prototype to thousands of active users.
• Expertise in backlog management, agile execution, and product release processes.
• Strong partnership skills with engineering, DevOps, and AI/ML teams.
• Experience with observability, success metrics, and performance monitoring.
• Global product delivery experience; comfortable managing cross-functional teams across regions.
