Bond is looking for a Producer/Project Manager to manage the on-time and on-budget delivery of branding initiatives, go-to-market campaigns, and integrated client projects. Agency experience is a must, as this role requires navigating multiple client stakeholders, balancing competing priorities, and driving work across fast-moving teams. You will partner closely with Account Leadership, Creative, Strategy, and Development teams, as well as outside partners and specialists, to ensure seamless execution. The ideal candidate is confident in client-facing situations, highly skilled at communication and documentation, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment. Solution-minded and proactive, you bring the ability to balance scope, time, cost, risk, and quality while keeping teams aligned and motivated to deliver excellent work with a positive “can-do” attitude.

Who you are

We are seeking a natural problem solver, someone who instinctively jumps in to identify challenges and drive them to resolution. You thrive on planning ahead and anticipating obstacles, ensuring projects stay on track. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you also keep sight of the bigger picture. Just as importantly, you champion both process excellence and team morale, bringing energy and clarity that help others do their best work. You’ve thrived in an agency setting where priorities shift quickly, deadlines are tight, and collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–6 years' experience in production and project management, with a solid background in supporting branding and go-to-market campaigns
  • Must have prior agency experience, with proven ability to manage fast-paced client projects from intake through delivery
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media (display, social, video), and supporting go-to-market launches for new products, services, or brand initiatives
  • Strong experience managing branding projects, including visual identity updates, messaging rollouts, GTM planning, and content production in partnership with senior team members
  • Strong, diplomatic verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and present collaborative documents—production briefs, technical documents, estimates, quality assurance plans, campaign playbooks, etc.
  • Comfortable being client-facing and coordinating across marketing, creative, brand strategy, and product teams to deliver branding and campaign work
  • Ability to partner closely with Account and Strategy teams to support client expectations and ensure alignment on campaign objectives, brand positioning, and market impact
  • Creative and proactive problem solver with knowledge of project management principles, methods & techniques: scope management, risk/issue management, change management, team communication, cost management, project planning, and budgeting (forecasting, tracking, reporting)
  • Strong understanding of project timeline and scope management, with the ability to craft and manage schedules and resource plans for multi-channel branding and campaign launches, adapting as necessary throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, particularly during brand rollouts and campaign timelines
  • Strong ownership attitude with urgency and self-organization to identify risks and inefficiencies in campaign execution and propose solutions for optimal delivery
  • Experience developing and tracking estimates of internal agency labor costs and non-labor costs, working in collaboration with senior producers/account teams to stay within budget throughout the campaign lifecycle and escalating changes when necessary
