About The Role:

The Sales Operations Specialist is essential in helping the sales department run smoothly and effectively by providing administrative, reporting and data entry support across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of sales processes and tools. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure information sharing and processes are complete. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in supporting a global sales team with high attention to detail. You must possess a good understanding of the retail landscape. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong competency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and NetSuite, as well as an acumen of sales and data tools. The desire and potential to learn new tools is critical, as part of a growth-oriented business.

It is also important to be a strong self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work efficiently in an extremely fast paced environment while managing your time effectively. A passion for and experience in the Beauty Category is a definite plus!

Responsibilities:

  • With cross functional teams, create & manage product information database
  • Implementation of global pricing  
  • Manage customer information for accuracy
  • Organize sales data & insights and deliver sales reports across multiple channels & teams
  • Provide data and analytical support for internal and external presentations 
  • Create templates to support the sales team and Chief Revenue Officer
  • Becomes a data owner ensuring end to end accuracy on key deliverables
  • Admin support for sales team, customer meetings

About You:

  • Strong competency in NetSuite, Google Doc + Microsoft Office applications required (Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Word)
  • 5+ years working in operational administrative support role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in an extremely fast paced environment and manage time effectively
  • Results oriented and able to work with the cross functional team to achieve goals
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Adaptable to a high performance team culture

Our Total Rewards:

The annual base pay for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
