The Senior Program Coordinator, under the supervision of the Centre Manager, will be hired full-time to monitor and administer day-to-day coordination of the program activities for the SAFE project in multiple Eastern European Countries.

Your Background & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience with logistical support.
- Knowledge of the Eurasian operating environment, especially as it relates to the media and civil society landscape.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Ukrainian.
- Experience working in high-risk environments is a plus.
- Experience of working constructively as part of a small team.
- Self-motivated and result oriented.
- Excellent cross-cultural and interpersonal communications skills.
- Training-related experience is a plus.
- Ability to travel within Ukraine is a plus.
- Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Must demonstrate valid proof of unrestricted work authorization in Ukraine.
Your Daily Tasks:
- Contribute to the strategic development of the organization’s safety initiatives.
- Monitor program timelines and outputs, identifying risks and proposing solutions.
- Maintain high standards of program quality and accountability.
- In collaboration with Center Manager, maintain and manage records on program participants, including leading planning and managing vetting of prospective participants.
- Coordinate communications with training participants.
- Coordinate preparation of handouts, training materials, and knowledge products.
- Ensure effective internal communication between trainers, consultants, and support teams.
- Lead the logistics of project activities in Eastern European countries, such as training, consultations, risk mitigation planning sessions, and other activities in a safe manner. Specifically, organize accommodations, transportation, airfare, training venues, and other necessary. Coordinate with various service vendors (in and outside the country) to ensure successful completion of the activities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel for staff, trainers, and consultants (tickets, accommodation, visas, per diems).
- Ensure travel arrangements comply with organizational policies and donor requirements.
- Prepare travel documentation and support staff with administrative procedures related to missions.
- Lead preparation and organization of tenders and procurement processes in line with organizational and donor policies.
- Assist with periodic office inventory.
- Performs additional duties and tasks to meet the needs of the organization, team, or as assigned by manager.
- We conduct background checks on all successful candidates.
- This position is eligible for remote work.
