Senior Specialist, Integrations - Corporate Development

Join our team as a Senior Specialist, Integrations – Corporate Development! In this role, you’ll build positive relationships with new clinics and be the first point of contact for clinic onboarding. Act as the liaison between Home Office teams and prospective clinics through the integration process. Provide and implement strategic recommendations, aligning with company objectives and driving alignment. Oversee integration plans to ensure transitions stay on schedule and deliverables are met.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Creating and maintaining project schedules, defining scope, prioritizing tasks, and tracking progress
• Developing comprehensive project workplans, estimating timelines, setting deadlines, and monitoring milestone completion
• Proactively identifying and reporting issues impacting project progress, coordinating solutions and resolving conflicts
• Supporting clinics throughout their transitions and acquisitions, ensuring a positive experience
• Coordinating integration process improvements across multiple teams
• Travel to onboarding clinics to provide hands-on support and build strong relationships

As the Successful Candidate You Have:

• 2+ years Project Management experience required
• A University degree 
• Strong project management skills (PMP or any project management certification is considered an asset)
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Effective presentation and meeting facilitation skills
• Experience with ERP systems and process management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, handle stressful situations and navigate difficult conversations
• Skilled at fostering teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in leading or supporting change management initiative
• Mergers and Acquisitions and or optical industry experience is considered an asset
• Bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset
