Nexmos Design is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This role is essential for building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of business development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients
  • Identify new sales opportunities and lead client acquisition initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align client goals with design solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive service
  • Monitor client feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Meet and exceed quarterly growth and relationship targets

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or business development
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
