Conceptual Design Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Construction Special Projects team, overseeing all aspects of project estimation, planning, and execution.
• Develop accurate cost estimates based on project scope, customer needs, and field input.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Construction, Service, Field Operations) to ensure project success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with direct customers and General Contractor partners.
• Evaluate and improve system designs, offering value-engineering solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and grow revenue within the Construction group.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Represent the company's value of quality, customer focus, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HVAC system design, engineering, or project estimating.
• Background in project management or team leadership.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow and develop new opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
