We are looking for a Country Public Relations Lead - Thailand to oversee Gogolook’s communications in Thailand. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone with a strong background in technology and corporate PR, capable of managing the full spectrum of communications from strategy design to execution. You will work closely with local and regional stakeholders, advise senior management, including the CEO on strategic and crisis issues, and ensure our brand builds strong trust and credibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Execute PR Strategy: Own and drive Thailand’s overall PR and communications strategy across consumer (Whoscall), enterprise (ScamAdvisor), and future fintech business.
• End-to-End PR Campaigns: Develop, execute, and measure impactful campaigns, from messaging to media execution, ensuring alignment with both local and global strategies.
• Executive & Crisis Counsel: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on communications, positioning, and crisis management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with media, government, business partners, and regional teams to amplify our voice and strengthen reputation.
• Content & Messaging Excellence: Create high-quality written materials, including news releases, media stories, speeches, narratives, and thought leadership articles, that effectively position Gogolook in technology, anti-fraud, and fintech sectors.
• CSR & ESG Communication: Shape and implement communications around CSR and ESG initiatives that support business credibility and social impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in PR/communications, preferably in technology, financial services, or corporate sectors.
• Strong writing ability with proven experience in drafting press releases, media stories, executive speeches, and strategic narratives.
• Strong media & KOL network in Thailand, particularly in tech, business and finance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage both strategy and execution in PR campaigns.
• Skilled in handling regional and local stakeholder communications.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai (native level) and English (professional level).
• Hands-on, proactive leader who can operate independently while working closely with global teams.
