• Hands On Experience on Device Drivers
• RTOS Experience
• Board Support Package (BSP) experienced person
• Board Bring up experience
• ARM Based Microcontroller
• How system works
• How OS works
• Cortex M
• Application-level guy is not needed
• Experience should be of bring up of new chip
• System level candidate is needed
• Experience on Kernel side
• Good knowledge of OS (POSIX, RTOS) integration and tool chains
• Should have experience on Architecture Specific codes
