About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our evolving team. As a skilled recruiter, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for both hiring managers and candidates, managing a diverse portfolio across both white-collar and blue-collar roles.

This role is based at our modern Head Office, right across from Southern Cross Station, complete with a balcony, BBQ area, collaborative and quiet spaces, and plenty of natural light. You’ll be part of a supportive, centralised team that works together to ensure roles are filled efficiently and effectively.

About The Role

You’ll partner with hiring managers across different teams and locations to advise on sourcing strategies and manage the full recruitment process. With a diverse portfolio of roles, you’ll get the opportunity to both proactively source candidates for corporate positions and manage multiple blue-collar roles simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and shape recruitment campaigns.
• Sourcing candidates via proactive search, redeployment, pipelines, and advertising.
• Screening applications and shortlisting suitable candidates.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews.
• Managing background and pre-employment checks (right to work, police, medical).
• Facilitating offers, contracts, and onboarding activities.
• Building strong and lasting stakeholder relationships.

About You

You’re a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building connections.

You’Ll Also Bring:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in either high-volume or corporate (IT, Finance, Payroll) environments.
• The ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, delivering an excellent hiring manager and candidate experience.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to pivot and prioritise.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience sourcing talent with SEEK Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and similar tools.
