• Experienced professional: At least 4 years of experience in Cloud Engineering or DevOps, with a strong background in consulting and delivering impactful solutions across industries.
• Leader and collaborator: Proven experience managing teams, mentoring junior colleagues, and fostering collaboration in multidisciplinary environments.
• Technical expert: Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure services, cloud security, and automation best practices.
• Results-oriented: Comfortable handling end-to-end project delivery, from architecture design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and client engagement.

What You Will Do

• Lead cloud projects: Design, implement, and maintain Azure-based infrastructures, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Drive DevOps adoption: Build CI/CD pipelines, implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automate workflows to accelerate software delivery.
• Mentor and manage teams: Guide junior engineers and consultants in modern cloud engineering and DevOps best practices.
• Ensure reliability & security: Implement monitoring, logging, and security frameworks to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Engage with clients: Collaborate with client teams to translate business needs into robust and secure cloud solutions.
• Shape our expertise: Contribute to Effixis’ thought leadership by publishing insights, presenting at conferences, or driving internal knowledge-sharing.

What You Bring

• A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in cloud engineering or DevOps, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.

• Expertise In:

• Strong background in cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization.
• Consulting experience, including managing client relationships and delivering tailored cloud solutions.
• Leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in English is required; French or other languages are a plus.
• Azure services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, Monitoring).
• Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform is a prerequisite).
• CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent).
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
• Monitoring and logging (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana).
