This will be a 10-week internship program that will require interns to complete skills-based projects, shadow department leads and take part in corporate initiatives. Towards the end of the program, interns will complete and present a final project relevant to their assigned team.  

For the 2025 Summer Internship, RenaissanceRe hosted 12 interns within 6 departments (Actuarial, Client Analytics, Strategic Investments, Legal, Operations and Underwriting) across three different offices (New York, Minneapolis, Miami).  

Qualifications: 

• 3.0 GPA or higher 

• Sophomore and Junior undergraduate status 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) 

• Strong analytical and research skills 

• Proficient with Excel, specifically with the use of pivot tables. 

• Work well within a collaborative environment. 

• Strong work ethic with Focus, Respect, Integrity, Passion, and Precision
