Job Description:
The Team
Fidelity’s Investment Services (IS) teams are responsible for the following asset classes: Equity, High Income & Alternatives, Fixed Income, and Multi-Asset Funds. These divisions are made up of diverse teams of Portfolio Managers, Research Analysts/Associates, Traders and Operational and Administrative Support staff.
The IS teams provide daily support to the investment teams to help ensure the integrity of the operational landscape and serve as a point of contact for the investment team and business partners.
We do this by taking the lead on new product implementation and product change related tasks, troubleshooting problems, coordinating cross-company initiatives, building, and fostering relationships across internal business partners, ensuring processes adhere to established policies and procedures, advocating for technology and other infrastructure related changes.
In this role, you will gain exposure to your designated asset class and corresponding initiatives and strategic priorities.

- A junior or senior on track for a BA/BS degree
- A high level of mastery with Microsoft Office tools

The Value You Deliver
- Understand the current landscape in Fidelity's Asset Management businesses with a specific focus on operational, administrative, and other support functions
- Complete projects and other initiatives as directed by the VP of Investment Services in support of Equity
- Build positive relationships with Asset Management's internal partners, improve reporting and solve operational issues
- Provide direct operational support to investment professionals (e.g., portfolio managers, analysts and traders)
