Digital Retail Internship - Summer 2026

This opportunity on the Digital Retail team offers participants the chance to collaborate across Brand and Shared Service teams to support the digital agenda for various brands. Interns will assist in developing and executing digital eCommerce strategies while analyzing performance insights to inform Inspire’s digital roadmap. This experience will equip you with the skills needed to understand technology trends, consumer behaviors, and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to drive digital innovation. 

Responsibilities :

• Work cross functionally with Brand and Shared Service teams (e.g., Digital Product) to drive the digital agenda for your brand   
• Help develop and support a digital ecommerce strategy within the context of digital channels    
• Analyze digital performance insights to understand technology trends and consumer shopping behaviors that will inform Inspire’s digital roadmap    
• Effectively, consistently, and proactively communicate issue status and related information to cross-functional teams at all levels   

Qualifications:

• Required Minimum: Pursuing a 4-year degree (preferably in Digital Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or other related programs of study)   

Required Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills   
• Demonstrated experience with analytical and critical thinking skills   
• Creative thinker and problem-solver    
• Well-organized with high attention to detail
