What you may be doing:

  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with intern and external stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service to borrowers and serve as the central point of contact for all servicing related inquiries
  • Ensure that data in Salesforce is complete and accurate throughout the process. 
  • Compile relevant macro- and micro-level market research
  • Conduct competitive market research and analyze comparable sales, rents, amenities, locations, etc.
  • Assist in development and refinement of software programs and financial models for valuation applications
  • Communicate and problem-solve daily with teammates, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, often in combination with travel
  • Other skills related to building a career at WD!

The education and experience we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or Finance Degree preferred) 
  • Previous experience within the real estate industry is preferred
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of the history and function of Fannie Mae, Fannie Mae DUS, and DUS Lenders
  • Able and willing to travel overnight up to 25%.

What skills you should have:

  • A high level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data quickly, make decisions based on imperfect data, and take action in order to assist the Team in moving its transactions forward
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with strong work ethic to meet daily challenges of a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute solutions to complex issues and transactions
  • Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes
  • Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and other stakeholders
