Your Duties Will Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Act as an escalation point for technical issues within the IT team
- Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of technical projects
- Provide expert guidance on infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies
- Oversee system architecture, security, and infrastructure planning
- Collaborate closely with the IT Services Manager to deliver robust IT solutions
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards
- Roll up your sleeves to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all ongoing IT activities
- Mentor and support team members to build technical capability
We Are Looking For An Individual Who Possess The Below Skills:
- Extensive experience in senior technical roles with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Expertise in infrastructure, networking, and cloud platforms including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, AWS Workspaces.
- Proficiency in systems and security tools such as Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
- Hands-on experience with IT systems such as Hyper-V, PowerShell scripting, network/server monitoring tools and backup solutions.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Desirable extras: familiarity with TrendMicro Vision One, Frameworks ERP, AIX, ProgressDB, Postman APIs, and mentoring team members.
