Aritech is looking for a full-time back-end developer with a specialization in Go (Golang) to design and maintain our cloud-based software products. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Go developer to advance their career within our successful and growing engineering team. You will work with our cloud team to build a world-class security solution.

Role responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs using Go (Golang) to support our applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, database administrators, and other cross-functional teams.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot and debug issues, and ensure high availability of services.
• Implement and maintain security best practices to protect our systems and data, with a focus on Cyber Security.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and best practices.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in backend development, and apply them to our projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5 years of experience in programming.
• At least 1 year of experience in Go (Golang) development.

• Fluent In English.

• Strong understanding of web application architecture and RESTful API design.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices for clean and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools.
• Strong expertise in Linux/Unix systems and command-line tools.
• Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory but a plus):
• Experience with other programming languages such as Ruby, C++, Python, Java, or additional experience with Go.

• Comfortable In French.

• Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with Message Queue Systems (NATS, Kafka, RabbitMQ…).

Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
