• 参与楼宇自动化系统的方案设计，编制技术规范、拓扑图和控制逻辑。
• 整合暖通空调（HVAC）、照明、电力监控、安防等子系统，实现集中管理和联动控制。
• 负责 BA 系统的现场安装指导、程序编写（如 DDC 控制器逻辑）、参数配置和系统调试。
• 解决调试和运行过程中的技术问题，确保系统运行良好
• 处理故障报警，制定预防性维护计划，保证系统稳定运行。
• 配合系统 SME 完成自动化系统的优化升级
• 负责自动化系统中设备系统的全生命周期管理
• 完成经理交办的其他任务
• 本科或以上学历，自动化、电气工程、暖通空调（HVAC）、计算机科学或其他相关专业。
• 3 年以上楼宇自动化系统（BAS/BMS）或工业自动化项目经验，熟悉主流品牌系统。
• 了解 DDC 编程、BACnet/IP、Modbus、LonWorks 等协议，熟悉 PLC 或 SCADA 系统者优先。
• 精通 AutoCAD、EBI 等设计/调试工具，具备基本的 SQL 或数据分析技能。
• 有 JCI 自动化系统经验者优先
• 能够适应现场工作，具有较强的故障排除和解决问题的能力。
