About The Role:

• 提供进驻客户工作现场的设施管理服务
• 工作地点为深圳市

What This Job Involves:

• 负责电力设施设备的预防性维护保养，包括配电箱，空调系统，给排水系统，照明系统；
• 负责客项目改造及装修工程的查验、交接、及遗留工程整改跟进等工作；
• 负责专用消防，安防，弱电（含会议）系统的正常运行；
• 协助设备供应商的定期维保及突发维修的工作安排；
• 做好运行记录及维修记录，整理好相关的工程文档；
• 其他工程主管安排的工作

• 3年以上相关物业维修或运行工作经验，有大型高端物业服务经验者优先考虑；
• 持有电工上岗作证，了解UPS作的优先考虑;
• 工作积极主动，具有良好的服务意识；
