Automotive Detailer Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive interior and exterior detailing on vehicles.
• Wash, wax, polish, and buff exteriors to a showroom-quality finish.
• Deep-clean interiors, including upholstery, carpets, dashboards, and windows.
• Inspect vehicles for any defects or imperfections and correct them.
• Operate detailing equipment (steam cleaners, buffers, pressure washers, etc.) safely and effectively.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Work closely with sales and service teams to prioritize tasks.

Automotive Detailer Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional detailing experience (dealership experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of detailing products, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
