As an Associate Recruiter at Scoular, you’ll be a vital member of our HR team, responsible for full cycle recruiting across key roles in the organization. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and the broader HR team to deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience—from sourcing through onboarding. You’ll also play a key role in executing our campus recruiting strategy and supporting broader talent initiatives. More about what you'll do:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including kickoff meetings, sourcing strategies, screening, and candidate presentation.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to proactively build a diverse talent pipeline aligned with future organizational needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires from offer acceptance through Day 1, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
- Represent Scoular at campus events and career fairs, helping to build our brand and attract early-career talent.
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for recruiting programs, including campus recruiting efforts.
- Act as a subject matter expert on recruiting processes, systems (ATS), and best practices for your assigned roles.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR.
- Strong customer service mindset and passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Takes initiative in daily work with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- One or more years of recruiting experience.
- Working knowledge of HR programs and processes.
