Process Manager for the Technology Division

Title: Process Manager Location: Copenhagen

Do you want to be a part of keeping society up and running, and enabling the innovations of tomorrow? As a Process Manager at GlobalConnect, you are part of that mission.

We are looking for a dedicated Process Manager who is ready to deploy their ITSM and ITIL experience and a structured mindset to support effective process management in our Technology Division. On top, you will act as the Technology Division’s go-to person for the implementation of new regulatory standards.

About The Position:

In GlobalConnect’s Technology Division, we build and deploy large-scale infrastructure projects and programs as well as operate GlobalConnect’s network across the Nordics.

Embarking on our journey with us means you'll be pivotal in developing our process management discipline further. You will be tasked to manage and govern the way we work with processes and be expected to cultivate a community of committed process owners and practitioners.

You will be part of the Technology Office - a cross-functional department within Technology consisting of a PMO manager, a process manager, and a student assistant who are all partnering closely with stakeholders across the Technology Division daily. In addition to this, you will also be working with key stakeholders such as our Group Security and Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ITIL-based processes ensuring they meet business requirements and IT service delivery standards.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and not least regulatory requirements incl. NIS2.
  • Manage cross-functional process discovery, analysis and improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate process mapping workshops and process redesign sessions with relevant stakeholders
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate process changes, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Promote process thinking and usage of process tools in the Operations Division
  • You should expect some travelling as your role will be Nordic.
  • To thrive in this role, we think you have:
  • +5 years of experience with process management, continuous improvements or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience in IT Service Management or a comparable position, along with a solid grasp of ITIL processes and principles incl. an ITIL Certification
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) and process automation.
  • Good at synthesizing complex information and connecting the dots.
  • Proficient in organizing workshops and taking charge of execution tasks
  • Effective communication skills and good understanding of facilitating change management activities
