Job Responsibilities

• Perform offline video editing, crafting compelling narratives and refining story flow in alignment with creative direction and brand guidelines. 
• Support the post-production team by handling technical tasks including media management, transcoding, syncing, and conforming footage for both internal and external projects. 
• Collaborate with producers and editors to ensure smooth handovers between offline and online stages, maintaining timelines and quality standards. 
• Assist in organizing and managing project files, proxies, and assets across various platforms and formats. 
• Implement editorial changes based on client or internal feedback while ensuring technical accuracy and consistency. 
• Ensure all video outputs adhere to specifications for delivery across social media, corporate, and broadcast platforms. 
• Stay updated on industry-standard editing workflows, post-production tools, and best practices to continuously improve efficiency and output quality.
• A commitment to high-quality work and drive to improve.
• Curious and resourceful in understanding industry best practices.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Diploma or degree in a media-related field preferred 

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing

Other Prerequisites

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Focused, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. 
• Proactive, resourceful, and curious about new trends and technologies. 
• A positive negotiator who seeks win-win outcomes in team collaborations
