General Manager, POLUBA Cluster (Poland, Ukraine, Baltics)

We are now seeking a General Manager for our POLUBA Cluster (Poland, Ukraine, Baltics) to lead our business from our office in Warsaw. Reporting to the Head of Central & Eastern Europe, the GM will oversee a team of around 50 professionals and play a central role in advancing Ferring’s growth and presence across these key markets.

What You Will Do:

As General Manager, You Will:

• Lead according to Ferring’s philosophy, values, and performance drivers: Accountability, Collaboration, and Entrepreneurship
• Represent Ferring locally, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and engaging with external stakeholders such as health authorities, government agencies, and industry associations
• Shape and implement the Strategic Business Plan for POLUBA, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies
• Drive commercial success by delivering sales, growth, and profitability targets, while ensuring long-term, sustainable patient and customer relationships
• Build, inspire, and develop the team, fostering engagement, performance, and talent development
• Ensure accurate reporting and communication within the cluster and with the CEE Region and Global functions
• Optimize resources, structure, and processes to enable commercial effectiveness and future growth
• Identify and pursue local business opportunities, including new product launches and potential partnerships

What You Bring

• 10–15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including sales, marketing, and people leadership
• Proven ability to lead across functions and geographies; experience in market access, pricing, or business development is a strong advantage
• Track record of delivering results with a strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset

• P&L Management Experience

• Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
• A university degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences

This role could also represent a strong opportunity for an experienced commercial leader stepping into their first General Manager position.
