Job Title: National Accounts Supply Chain Data Analyst

Job Summary:

This role focuses on leveraging data from National Accounts customers, such as Home Depot and Lowe's, to provide insights that enhance our internal supply chain decision-making related to sales performance, customer service levels, forecasts, and inventory, as well as support key initiatives such as new products, distribution network changes, special programs, and promotions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with data warehouses and relational databases to extract, transform, and analyze data, visualization, and statistical modeling, with an understanding of retail operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with 1 to 2 years of experience looking to develop their expertise in supply chain analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, transform, and analyze data from National Accounts customers and internal systems to support supply chain decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights for supply chain and business decision-makers.
• Monitor sales performance, customer service levels, forecast, and inventory metrics for National Accounts customers.
• Apply statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends and opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and supply chain performance.
• Collaborate across functional teams including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales, Product Management, and Operations to support business objectives and initiatives.
• Support special programs, promotions, new product launches, and distribution network changes by providing analytical insights.
• Leverage analytical toolsets, both internal and external, to transform data into information that can guide decisions.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests from cross-functional teams to address supply chain challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within supply chain, building materials, retail, or consumer goods industries.
• Knowledge of retail operations and an understanding of how National Accounts customers operate.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain modeling.
• Familiarity with large retail datasets and EDI data from customers.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and predic
