About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Scientific Content Writer to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in creating authoritative and engaging content such as whitepapers, industry reports, and other thought leadership materials. You will also be responsible for maintaining a structured internal repository of scientific content and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

This role has flexibility to be based in either India, Malaysia, or the Philippines and is a full-time, home-based position.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Research and write whitepapers, industry reports, and other scientific content relevant to clinical research and drug development.

• Maintain and organize an in-house repository of content assets and research materials.

• Develop brand-consistent copy for various platforms including:

• Website
• Email campaigns
• Social media
• Event materials
• Video scripts
• Display ads

• Own and manage all website copy, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and SEO alignment.

• Translate complex scientific concepts into clear, compelling language for both expert and general audiences.

• Proofread and edit all external-facing materials to ensure consistency in brand tone and style.

• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, BD, Regulatory, and Clinical Affairs to develop and refine content.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with:

• 5+ years of experience as a content writer or copywriter in a life sciences company or marketing agency.

• Strong portfolio of written work, ideally with whitepapers, blogs, or reports in the life sciences or healthcare sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to write for various channels and tailor tone for different audiences.

• Strong grasp of scientific terminology and the ability to communicate complex topics simply.

• High attention to detail, grammar, and style.

• Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to accept and apply feedback constructively.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Life Sciences, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
