We’re searching for an energetic, driven Outbound Sales professional who loves picking up the phone, building connections, and leaving a lasting impression. In this role, you’ll be the one putting Lauxes Grates front of mind with trades nationwide – driving conversations that create demand and feed our distribution network.

Purpose of the Role

To own the conversation with the trade. Every call you make sparks awareness, builds strong connections, and keeps Lauxes Grates front of mind across the industry.

What You’ll Do

• Smash out high-volume outbound calls daily to builders, plumbers, architects, and resellers.
• Deliver confident, engaging conversations that educate the trade on Lauxes Grates’ products.
• Build strong relationships that drive loyalty, demand, and referral opportunities.
• Identify and qualify new business leads, passing them through to Field Sales or distribution.
• Keep immaculate CRM records – clear, detailed, and actionable.
• Follow up consistently to keep conversations alive and momentum flowing.
• Hit (and exceed) daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs – calls, connections, and leads.
• Share trade insights back with the business to help shape future strategy.
