What You Will Do

You will support business operations by analyzing plans and preparing procedures that help achieve specific objectives. You’ll advise teams on initiative prioritization, integration, and resource application. You’ll maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and ensure tools and processes are up to date. Your work will focus on facilitating materials-related tasks, following up on business requests, and updating process documents and tools.

What You Will Work On

• Operational and technical support for business initiatives
• Process and project management within consumer product industries (e.g., footwear, apparel)
• Materials work and business request follow-ups
• Updating and maintaining Smartsheet, Airtable, Excel tools, and process documentation
• Operational analysis including effectiveness and capacity utilization
• Business scorecard tracking and reporting

What You Will Bring

• 4+ years of experience in product creation/development or process/operational roles (5+ preferred)
• Experience with Excel and/or Smartsheet/Airtable
• Understanding of Smartsheet, bots, and product creation/materials is a plus
• Strong ability to take direction and work independently
• Sharp, proactive mindset with a go-getter attitude
• Ability to take an idea and build a clear process flow
• Experience in consumer product industries (footwear, apparel, etc.) is ideal
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
