Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Platform Development
Define and execute the vision for Inmar’s Healthcare Data Platform and Healthcare Intelligence product suite, aligning with the company’s InmarOne strategy and digital transformation roadmap.
Drive a platform strategy that consolidates front-end experience, back-end infrastructure, and AI-powered insights to create a unified and scalable architecture.
Own the development and delivery of V1 and beyond of our centralized Data Lake, real-time ingestion pipelines, and modular microservices.
Champion a product mindset throughout the data organization, driving prioritization based on business value, client impact, and extensibility.
Platform Architecture & Engineering Collaboration
Lead the evolution of our Medallion architecture and Flywheel platform strategy to enable trusted, curated, and governed data products.
Own the development and enhancement of our Data Lake, real-time ingestion pipelines, and modular microservices.
Partner with engineering and architecture teams to embed data mesh principles, enabling decentralized domain ownership with shared governance
Ensure metadata and lineage are foundational to platform scalability through Enterprise Metadata Systems and discovery tooling.
Healthcare Intelligence Product Development
Build and scale analytics and data products such as claims analytics, revenue cycle insights, compliance dashboards, and patient outcomes forecasting.
Embed intelligence capabilities into products that serve pharmacy, payer, and provider clients—including self-service tools for 340B optimization, DIR fee reduction, and sourcing.
Integrate cleanroom and identity resolution data products to support Marketing’s customer 360 strategies and personalized engagement.
Cross-Portfolio & Data Sharing Enablement
Act as a data and insights multiplier across Compliance, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle, and Patient Engagement domains.
Develop scalable data sharing frameworks using APIs, SLAs, and data contracts to facilitate secure collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
Empower domain teams to publish, discover, and consume high-quality data products in a mesh-aligned ecosystem.
Commercialization & Impact
Translate data into customer value across three growth vectors: recovery (e.g., credit optimization), optimization (e.g., workflow analytics), and creation (e.g., retail health models).
Enable monetization through Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) models, predictive insights, and performance-based pricing strategies.
Track product success through revenue growth, product adoption, and increased client engagement.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Foster a culture of high performance, learning, and accountability—where promises made are promises kept and success is measured by customer outcomes and continuous improvement.
Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, analysts, data engineers, and architects.
Build and mentor a high-performing organization focused on excellence, agility, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
12+ years of experience in data product leadership roles, ideally in healthcare, pharmacy tech, or health data platforms.
Proven success building scalable analytics platforms and self-service tools within complex, multi-product environments.
Experience with data infrastructure tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Looker), and modern data architectures (e.g., event-driven, microservices).
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, DSCSA, etc.).
MBA, MS in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar field preferred.

At Inmar, compensation reflects our belief in integrity, transparency, and the value of individual contributions. The hiring range for this position is:
181,720.13 - 302,866.88 USD AnnualThe final offer may vary based on factors such as geographic location, job-related skills, education, certifications, work experience, and other relevant considerations.
