Lean Construction Engineer

Apply Lean construction methodologies to improve project performance, productivity, and efficiency.

Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and collaborative planning (e.g., Last Planner System, Pull Planning).

Identify and eliminate sources of waste in project processes, workflows, and resource allocation.

Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics to track Lean implementation success.

Support the development of standardized processes, tools, and templates for project delivery.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Provide technical guidance and recommendations for Lean practices during design, planning, and execution stages.

Ensure compliance with WSP policies, client requirements, and industry best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum [X] years of experience in construction engineering, with at least [X] years in Lean implementation.
• Certification in Lean Construction, Six Sigma, or equivalent is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools (e.g., Last Planner System, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen).
• Proven track record of driving efficiency and performance improvements in complex infrastructure projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in consultancy or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
