Executive ‐ Quality Assurance ‐ Operations (Based at Kilinochchi)

Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Kreeda team as a Executive - Production! This role would enable you to oversee and ensure that all production activities at the given modules are completed in an efficient and timely manner by monitoring the process, solving any issues whilst providing leadership and motivation to the assigned teams and implementing plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor quality assurance and control processes to ensure timely resolution of issues and delivery of high-quality garments.
• Coordinate with stores, cutting, and sample room teams to address and prevent recurring quality concerns.
• Approve line samples against tech packs and sign off new styles to enable smooth bulk production.
• Guide quality checkers and support training of new recruits on QA standards.
• Participate in pre-production meetings, clarifying customer specifications and technical requirements.
• Conduct team briefings to highlight quality standards and resolve issues.
• Inspect garments randomly to verify compliance with customer expectations.
• Track rework and AQL audit results, implementing corrective and preventive measures.
• Ensure adherence to established processes (e.g., rework cards, 5-in-1 cards) and maintain accurate reporting.
• Oversee product safety standards, educate employees, and ensure compliance with customer/factory requirements.
• Maintain organizational standards including MOS, SOPs, compliance, health & safety, and 5S practices.
• Collaborate with the ESH Committee and HSE consultant to enhance workplace safety and ergonomics.
• Conduct safety observation tours and review departmental HS KPIs regularly.
• Promote a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, company DNA, policies, and legal regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Knowledeg And Skills

• Degree/ Diploma in Textiles, Garment Technology or related field from a recognized Institute/ Technical college.
• 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity (Knowledge of Quality audits/ aspects and Customer standards)
• Good Analytical skills.
