About the role
As an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager, you will get the opportunity to be a part of the Global Process Excellence, Automation and Technology Team of Sanofi Business Services. You will evaluate and document our current business processes with internal stakeholders (e.g. to Purchase to Pay, Accounts to Report, Customer invoice to Cash, Contracting and Human Resources), as well as identifying and recommending improvement opportunities based on Data driven insights with best-in-class technologies like Process/Task Mining and visualization tools like Signavio.
To ensure success, you should have a deep understanding of business process management and experience in a similar role. Also, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders is a strong requirement.
This position is responsible to translate Business Process expertise into the realization of our business's long-term objectives across all Sanofi Business Service.
Main responsibilities:
Enabling business users responsible for managing and operating business processes to drive continuous improvement measures with KPI and Data
Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to Process related KPIs
Determining and outlining business process improvements by facilitating Process (Mining) analysis/Discovery workshops with relevant Process Stakeholders to collaborate on data driven process improvements
Coordinating business process improvement strategies by setting up a continuous improvement pipeline and support to creating measurable KPIs and action plans
Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes
Presenting progress reports as well as documenting and sharing success stories, value evidence and integrating feedback
Apply knowledge of business process modelling notations to document processes
About you
Experience and skills:
At least two years' experience in business process management
Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Signavio) and notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL)
Analytical skills in Process Mining/Task Mining tools (e.g., Celonis, QPR)
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, Workday, eBuy/Coupa)
Lean Six Sigma certification (preferably Black Belt) with relevant work experience
Project management skills (traditional and Agile/Scrum methodologies)
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or related field (Master's advantageous)
Languages:
Fluency in English
