As an Assistant In-Home Sales Manager at West Shore Home®, working directly with the In-Home Sales Representative’s to help coach, mentor and drive sales.
You will report directly to our In-Home Sales Manager and be supported by our Sales Trainers, Customer Service & Operations professionals and all levels of regional leadership.

What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
· Work a monthly rotating schedule:
· Schedule: Exempt/Commission-based role with varying hours that can change based on scheduled appointment times and business need
· Prepare, deliver, and attend weekly Sales meetings, individual & group training workshops
· Lead, coach, and monitor team performance and train accordingly
What It Takes to Succeed
