Inviting applications for the role of Platform Deployment Specialist – Legal Ironclad – Manager – English – Hybrid Krakow 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Deployment Specialist who has expertise in legal/contract management software, specifically Ironclad. As a Platform Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating, negotiating, and signing contracts, as well as managing data and analytics related to the deployment process. 

Responsibilities 

• Implementation of Ironclad Software: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate the successful deployment of Ironclad contract management software. 

• Contract Management: Initiate, negotiate, and sign contracts using Ironclad, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 

• Data and Analytics: Utilize Ironclad's data and analytics capabilities to monitor and analyze contract-related metrics and performance. 

• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance the deployment process to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 

• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including legal teams, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure smooth and timely deployment of the software. 

• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users of Ironclad software to ensure proper utilization and adoption. 

• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of all deployment activities, including contracts, processes, and troubleshooting steps. 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications / Skills 

• Experience in deploying and managing legal/contract management software, specifically Ironclad. 

• In-depth understanding of SAAS solutions and contract management best practices. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze data and derive insights for process improvement. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. 

• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex deployment projects, adhering to timelines and deliverables. 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
