Your Team

You’ll be working in the Equity Sales team in India/ We are client-focused and we offer advisory solutions across single stock, index and futures, by leveraging on the strength of our fundamental research and best in class execution services.

Your Expertise

• •15+ years of experience in execution across Equities, ideally with proven leadership of execution teams.
• •deep knowledge of High touch salestrading, electronic execution strategies, algorithms, TCA, and market microstructure.
• •a record of driving execution platform innovation and transformation initiatives.
• •strong capabilities in risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance.
• •excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships both internally and externally.
• •a strategic mindset with focus on continuous improvement and client-first delivery.
