This is a remote position.
Schedule:- Part-time (12 hours/week)
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4 hours per day flexible within client business hours
Responsibilities:
- Create original, branded social media content (images, videos, reels, graphics) for Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, Nextdoor, and Google Business Profile.
- Edit and enhance video/photo content, including before/after cleaning shots and client testimonials.
- Schedule and post consistent content across all platforms using approved tools.
- Respond to direct messages, comments, and social media leads within 1-3 hours during business hours, using provided templates/guidelines.
- Refresh and update business listings (Yelp, Nextdoor, Google) with new photos, service updates, and seasonal offers.
- Monitor and flag reviews on Yelp, Google, and Facebook, escalating issues as needed.
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts to maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Provide weekly performance reports (growth, engagement, leads generated, reviews collected).
Requirements:
- Experience managing business accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, Nextdoor, and Google Business Profile.
- Proficiency in content creation (Canva or similar) and basic video editing (short-form reels/TikToks).
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt to brand voice for responding to inquiries.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio)
- Ability to work independently and meet posting deadlines without constant supervision.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and focus on driving engagement/leads.
