Job Description:
Take full ownership of all external-facing marketing activities for a thriving business coaching company. You’ll be the strategic force behind social media presence, paid advertising campaigns, and content distribution across multiple digital platforms. This role combines creative content creation with data-driven campaign management, offering the perfect blend of graphic design, video editing, and strategic marketing execution. You’ll work directly with leadership in a fast-paced environment where your bilingual skills and marketing expertise will be essential as the company expands into new Latin American markets. Responsibilities:
- Design and execute high-performing paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google platforms
- Manage comprehensive social media strategy using Hootsuite platform for scheduling and posting across all channels
- Create compelling graphic design content and perform professional video editing for social media engagement
- Oversee YouTube platform management including content uploading and optimization (video creation handled by dedicated team)
- Transform audio content from posts into polished podcast episodes using existing branded intro/outro templates
- Distribute finished podcast content across designated platforms to maximize reach
- Serve as the primary driver of all external marketing activities and brand presence
- Collaborate directly with leadership team during aligned business hours for strategic planning and execution
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media marketing and digital campaign management
- Native or fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken communication)
- Located in Latin America for optimal timezone collaboration and cultural alignment
- Advanced proficiency with Hootsuite platform and social media management tools
- Demonstrated success managing paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google platforms
- Strong graphic design skills and video editing capabilities with portfolio examples
- Experience in podcast production and audio content management
- Excellent communication skills for direct collaboration with executive leadership
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and quality standards
